The short version
We count visits without cookies, and with your permission we use Meta's pixel to measure our ads. If you fill in our contact form, we use what you send only to reply and to arrange your call. We never sell your data.
What is collected when you visit
Like every website, the servers that deliver these pages briefly record technical request details, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, for security and reliability. We also use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies and does not identify you.
Cookies and Meta
The first time you visit, we ask before setting any advertising cookies. If you accept, we load Meta's pixel, which sets cookies (such as _fbp) and tells Meta which pages you viewed and whether you sent our contact form. Meta uses this to measure and improve our ads and may combine it with what it already knows about you under its own policy. If you decline, the pixel never loads. We remember your choice with one small cookie (bl_consent) for six months. You can change your mind any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
When you contact us
If you use the contact form or write to hello@barakatlabs.com, we receive your name, email, anything else you choose to give (such as your phone, company and preferred call times) and your message. It is stored in our own business system, used only to reply to you and arrange any call, and kept only as long as the conversation needs. We never sell it or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Our products
Barakat Labs products, such as OfferDesk, have their own privacy policies that describe the data they handle. For OfferDesk, see offerdeskcrm.com/privacy.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@barakatlabs.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
