The company
What is Barakat Labs?
A small software company that builds tools for its own acquisitions desk first, then sells the ones that earn their place. OfferDesk, Listenback, Callfiled, OfferScratch and Moving Day are our products.
Who is behind it?
Adham Barakat, an acquisitions rep who works the phones every day. He decides what gets built; AI writes the code; every change is reviewed and tested before it ships.
Why build for yourselves first?
Because it is the only test we fully trust. A product that doesn't help on a real call stays in the lab.
Buying
Can I try before I pay?
Yes. Listenback reviews your first call free, Callfiled shows a free note for your first call (a seven-day trial then files five calls into your CRM), and OfferScratch is free with no signup. OfferDesk gives every public beta signup a free Solo desk.
Who is the seller on my receipt?
Barakat Labs, for every product. One kind of receipt, one refund policy and one support inbox.
How does cancelling work?
Cancel a monthly plan any time. It stays active until the end of the month you paid for, then stops.
What if a product fails me?
Anything that fails is never charged. If a product did not deliver what you paid for and we could not fix it, we refund the affected payment.
Do I need a sales call?
No. Every product is self-serve. If you'd like to talk first, a free 15-minute intro call is on the contact page.
Data and security
Do you sell or mine my data?
No. Your data is used to run the product for you and nothing else.
Is my data kept separate from other customers?
Yes. Each customer's data is kept separate, encrypted in transit and at rest.
How do I report a security issue?
Email hello@barakatlabs.com with Security in the subject. The security page explains the rules for good-faith research.
