Before you drop a file.
Is my file uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is read by your own browser and never sent to us or anyone else. Close the tab and it is gone.
Which dialers work?
Any dialer that exports a CSV with a date and a call duration. A direction column (inbound or outbound) makes the numbers sharper. If a column is guessed wrong, pick the right one under Columns used.
What counts as a conversation?
Any call of a minute or more, in either direction. A dial is an outbound call. Contact rate is the share of dials that reached a minute.
Why are weekends left out of the averages?
Saturday and Sunday are off days for most reps, so the per-day numbers average only the weekdays you actually dialed. Weekend calls still count in the totals.
Is it really free?
Yes. No signup and no email. It is the board Adham built for his own desk.
